Although we advised you how to write your resume at 'Guidelines on writing resume,' we often found ourselves to seek more information of you.

Please write one page essay to 2 questions below. The answer to each question should be a half-page long with 3~4 paragraphs.

1) What are your long-term career and life goals? Please explain the steps you have taken to reach those goals and how McKinsey fits into the plan.

2) What were the major challenges you have faced during the Ph.D.(Post-Docs) or M.D. course? Please include one of the following in your description.

• Cases where you had to influence others (i.e. superiors, colleagues) to persuade or move them into a direction, and approaches you have taken;

• Cases where you had to work as a member of a team, defining your role, building relationship and contributing to team's effectiveness; or

• Cases where you recognized the issue and took initiatives to make a fundamental change and the reasons why you took actions.
